The forthcoming Museo Casa Kahlo, spearheaded by Kahlo's descendants, will open on September 27 and will focus on Frida Kahlo's early years.

Kahlo’s art deftly blended her personal reflections and her deepest insecurities with a vivid and surreal imagination. But tragically, Frida Kahlo died young on July 13, 1954, at the age of just 47.
