GRASS VALLEY, Calif. — One person is dead and two others were injured after a head-on crash near Grass Valley Thursday. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 3:30 p.m.

The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a 13-year-old female involved in an off-road vehicle crash Wednesday.
