POWDER SPRINGS — Families enjoyed a cool and sunny first day of October and got into the spirit of fall at Sleepy Hollow Farm on Saturday.

Meckley’s Flavor Fruit Farm, located in Somerset Center, about 13 miles south of Jackson, has been a staple for fall activities since the 1970s said current owner Steve Meckley.

HUNTINGTON — Heritage Farm Museum and Village offered the community a chance to experience all the great things about autumn during its Fall Festival on Saturday.
