San Diego State University will move classes and most faculty and staff to virtual instruction or remote work at both its San Diego and Imperial Valley campuses Monday due to weather conditions.

WCU announced that Dr. Noal Cochran joined its senior leadership team Monday as provost and vice president of academic affairs.

Access to most campus buildings at SDSU and SDSU Imperial Valley will be restricted on Monday to those with keys or electronic card access.

Former provost Chukuka S. Enwemeka stepped down May 23, nearly four years after he first took the job. The university at the time declined to give a reason for his resignation.
