According to Joe Vardon of The Athletic, Darius Garland could miss the Cleveland Cavaliers’ first 10 games of next season. Garland had surgery Monday to repair the left big toe injury that troubled him during the 2025 playoffs and is expected to miss four to five months.

The Cleveland Cavaliers and Sacramento Kings had drastically different 2024-25 seasons. The Cavaliers won 64 games and were the No. 1 seed in the East, while the Kings won only 40 games and were the 10th seed in the West.
