Chelsea has completed a successful raid of Brighton and Hove Albion once again as they sign Joao Pedro on a seven-year deal on Wednesday, July 2. Pedro has been signed for a reported fee of 60 million pounds.

Chelsea first identified the Brazilian as a player they wanted to sign this summer in January and he was keen to be in London
