California Highway Patrol was dispatched around 6:22 a.m. to westbound Highway 50 on the off-ramp for Forni Road.

DeKalb County deputies were dispatched to investigate a crash involving two cars on I-69 near the 326 mile marker Tuesday.

A 40-year-old man riding as a passenger in the suspects car was killed in the wreck, authorities said. The driver is accused of DUI and manslaughter.
