WASHINGTON (TNND) — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has resumed worksite raids at farms, hotels, and restaurants after a temporary pause due to pressure from industries reliant on immigrant labor. Critics argue that these raids have already had a chilling effect on sectors such as agriculture and hospitality.
The administration’s policy on ICE raids and deportations changed, then changed again, then changed back — all over the course of just five days.
