President Trump signed a third executive order delaying the ban of TikTok in the U.S. if it is not sold by China's ByteDance to an American company.

President Donald Trump on Thursday signed an executive order extending the deadline for a U.S. ban of social media platform TikTok.

It is the third time Trump has extended the deadline. The first one was through an executive order on Jan. 20, his first day in office, after the platform went dark briefly when a national ban took effect.
