El Reno Public Schools notified parents and guardians that students will no longer be permitted to use personal electronic devices throughout the entire school day.

Police say the vehicle used in the robberies was reported stolen earlier that day from the 1600 block of Center Street.

A 23-year-old Hutchinson man is facing 21 charges after allegedly robbing two businesses and leading law enforcement on a chase in a stolen car.
