More than 1 million Anker power banks are being recalled after multiple fires and explosions have been reported, officials said.

More than 1.15 million power banks are under recall across the U.S. after some fires and explosions were reported by consumers.According to a Thursday notice from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission,

The recall involves the Anker PowerCore 10000 power banks, model A1263 which were sold online by Anker, Amazon, Newegg and Ebay from June 2016 through December 2022 for about $27, according to the CPSC. The notice specifies that only the A1263 model is part of the recall.
