A 17-year-old boy was taken into custody in Union on Wednesday night and has been charged with one count of murder.

The 17-year-old from Frankfort stands accused of killing Tenants Harbor resident Sunshine "Sunny" Stewart at Crawford Pond in Union on July 2.
