Three Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies assigned to the arson explosives detail were killed in an explosion at a law enforcement training facility.

An explosion at a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department training facility on Friday killed three deputies, the sheriff said.

Multiple deputies are dead after an explosion at an LASD facility on Friday morning around 7:30 a.m. local time. The Federal Bureau of Investigation's Los Angeles office is investigating.
