The family of 16-year-old Josselin Corea Escalante, who was killed in the Antioch High School shooting (January 2025), is now suing Metro Nashville Public Schools and the Metro Nashville Government.

The family is suing the district and Metro Nashville for their alleged negligence and actions that led to Josselin’s death.
