The four are facing charges of second degree disorderly conduct and obstructing a highway, court records show.

Hankison was on the scene of the botched raid on Breonna Taylor's apartment in March 2020, which ended in Taylor's death.

The sentencing was postponed while the court waited for the Department of Justice's sentencing recommendation.

Advocates have released comments in response to the Trump Justice Department recommending to a federal judge that there was “no need for a prison sentence” for former LMPD officer Brett Hankison.

The statement follows the U.S. Department of Justice's recommendation that Brett Hankison receive a one-day sentence.
