At a festival in Luxembourg, Green Day singer Billie Joe Armstrong had to say "good riddance" to one particularly cheeky fan.

The moment, which was captured on video and posted on social media, came after lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong attempted to teach the excited fan — who claimed to know "Good Riddance" — the song's chords. When he played "Wonderwall" instead, Armstrong could be heard in the clip exclaiming, "Oh, f‑‑‑ me!"

Shortly after a clip went viral of Armstrong looking bewildered while a fan strummed the opening chords to Oasis’ signature hit — as opposed to the 1997 Nimrod cut, aka the song the prankster was supposed to play — Gallagher shared his approval on X. Replying to a video of the incident, he wrote sarcastically, “Best song of the night.”
