Red Sox manager Alex Cora wanted his twin 7-year-old sons to meet the Yankees’ Aaron Judge, the biggest star of his team’s AL East foe.

New York Yankees outfielder Jasson Dominguez appeared to have gotten caught napping on the basepaths against the Boston Red Sox on Saturday.

The Red Sox have had a chance in games whenever Garrett Crochet has been on the mound, but Aaron Judge got the best of him.

Dobbins didn’t take the bait postgame and pile on the Yankees after beating them twice. But he has become something of a young breakout star for the Red Sox this season and somewhat quietly has a 4-1 record and 3.74 ERA in 55 ⅓ innings in his first taste of big league action.

Red Sox rookie Hunter Dobbins made news earlier this month when he said he hated the Yankees so much that he would retire if his only other choice was to play for them. At this point the Yankees would welcome that. They’ve seen enough of the 25-year-old righthander.
