The Fantastic Four: First Steps is the next big-screen adventure from Marvel Studios, and it brings Marvel's First Family to the MCU for the first time. But, as with any superhero movie, there's always the same question: what do you need to watch before you head to the multiplex?
One of the stars of The Fantastic Four: First Steps has shared quite a worrying tease of the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday. The Fantastic Four revival is releasing in just a few days, with Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn playing the team of superheroes.
"We didn't consider making Doom the villain," the Marvel movie's filmmaker told me. "Mostly, because he's been the villain of every other Fantastic Four film. He takes up a lot of space and he's a wonderful character, but I wanted to be able to focus on this family [and] these four characters [over him].

During a recent interview with BBC News, Ebon Moss-Bachrach described Avengers: Doomsday in four words as “Epic,” “Tragic,” “Intergalactic” and “Starry.” Joseph Quinn answered with, “Epic, Mental, Downey, Jr.”
Amid the ongoing buzz surrounding the movie, filmmaker Matt Shakman revealed that powerhouse director duo Joe and Anthony Russo took over to direct a major post-credit scene in the film. The scene would probably set the stage for Marvel’s next big-screen extravaganza, Avengers: Doomsday, starring Robert Downey Jr.
"As we as we kick off phase six with with 'Fantastic Four,' and as everybody knows it ends with 'Secret Wars,'" Feige said.
