MAMMOTH HOT SPRINGS, Wyo. — Yellowstone National Park is reopening its flood-damaged north loop at noon on Saturday, in time for the Fourth of July holiday weekend, park officials said Thursday.

The park has been closed since floods washed away roads, damaged buildings and knocked out water and power to parts of the park and communities nearby. The park's northern loop will remain closed.
