Every year at Christmas, I send out a letter describing how my year has gone, and my brother is on my mailing list. This year has been quite successful for me.
So my Christmas letter grew longer with each passing year. But it wasn’t the length of the letter than gave me pause. It was the number of recipients. I cared, I assure you, about each of them.
