A new wildfire was reported today at 7:35 a.m. in Lassen County, California. Ward Fire has been burning on private land.

New Lassen County evacuation orders have been issued for Milford and Herlong area east (lake side) of Highway 395 from the Thunder Mountain Road intersection south to County Road A26 and Garnier Road.
