TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Governor Laura Kelly has signed a proclamation approving updated drought declarations for Kansas counties.

The Kansas Department of Transportation is inviting the public to learn more about the U.S. 54 Kingman Bypass project at an open house on Wednesday, July 30.
