This Star Wars Character Is the Closest to a 'Gray Jedi' That We Will Ever Get - MSNFans conflate their rules with Light Side and Dark Side alignment. People point to Qui-Gon Jinn as a Gray Jedi in canon because he doesn’t follow the Order’s rules or the Council’s commands.
It starts with a five-year jump that sees the Order almost completely wiped out by the Sith and the player embodying The Exile, a Jedi that, you guessed it, was exiled from the Order.
Gray Jedi walk the line between the light and the dark, never succumbing to either but believing in true balance of the Force. They also think the Jedi Code is bullshit — and they’re right.
Hopefully, for the Jedi’s sake, the Order can strike a balance between achieving atonement for their mistakes and justice for those they’ve wronged on The Acolyte.
So, obviously, we could learn in The Acolyte Episode 5 that Qimir is just a dude with a vendetta against the Jedi who also happens to know everything that’s going on with Mae and her Master.
