adidas Football goes back to the archives to reveal the latest addition to its limited collection roster: ‘Predator +TEAMGEIST’, inspired by the iconic 2006 FIFA World Cup Official Match Ball.

The Teamgeist had 14 panels that were glued together with heat (thermally bonded), resulting in a ball that was more “marble-like” than previous generations. The change was not only aesthetic.

With the 2010 Cup's Jabulani ball ('to celebrate' in isiZulu), Adidas claims it has surpassed its own Teamgeist from 2006 in constructing the roundest and most accurate ball ever played.
