There is around three miles of congestion meaning motorists are queuing all the way back to Camberley.
It happened between junction 3 for the A322 (Lightwater/Bagshot) and junction 4 for the A331/Blackwater Valley Route (Camberley). Two lanes were initially closed, with one lane later reopened.
