Axiom Mission 4: Shubhanshu Shukla takes a bit of Bollywood along as he makes his journey into space
As Astronaut Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla made his journey into space on Wednesday, he had Bollywood for company.
Shukla’s spaceflight comes years after the journey of Wing Commander Rakesh Sharma, India’s first astronaut, who flew into space in 1984 aboard the Soviet Soyuz T-11 mission.
"All systems are looking good for Wednesday's launch of Axiom Space's Ax-4 mission to the International Space Station, and weather is 90 per cent favourable for liftoff," SpaceX stated.
