Nebraska has filed a lawsuit against Colorado over how much water its neighbor draws from the South Platte River.

The Butte County Toy Run began in 1987, when TJ Jones and Rev. Dave Sweet decided to create a local toy drive instead of joining the nearest one in Sacramento.
