A brand-new Sonic the Hedgehog 2 poster can be exclusively revealed ahead of IGN Fan Fest 2022, evoking the franchise's 16-bit history along with classic genre films like Star Wars.

The Sonic 2 movie poster side-by-side with the original boxart. The poster is a clear homage to the original boxart, with Jim Carrey's Dr. Robotnik grinning over a giant number denoting the sequel.

The final trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is out now ahead of the movie's release in April, and a new poster has also been released that contains a nice nod to the 1992 Sonic the Hedgehog 2 game.
