Solving crimes at the Tucson Police Department is getting a bit easier thanks to a couple of new sketch artists who are doing their part to get criminals off the streets.

A rare piece of artwork had been hanging in an Upper East Side apartment for 40 years - but the owner only recently discovered its historical value.
