Yolanda Saldívar, the woman convicted of killing Selena Quintanilla, believes the singer is partially to blame for the fatal shooting. Family members told the New York Post Quintanilla "escalated the situation to the point of violence.

Saldívar, 64, officially filed for parole in January. She shot Selena during a confrontation in a Texas hotel room.
