Jimmy Friesenhahn's sister Becky Borjon and brother-in-law Emmanuel Martinez spoke with Fox News about the shooting that left their loved one paralyzed and unable to speak.

It is currently unknown what led up to the shooting, but police say this case will be investigated as a murder.
