The Rate Sheets, Poster, and Notices can all be accessed here. Updated Rate Sheets On November 13, 2024, the DFML issued updated Rate Sheets that reflect the 2025 PFML contribution rates.

We are supplementing this alert to clarify that 2023 rate sheets must be provided to current employees 30 days before the effective date, i.e., by December 2, 2022.
