In fact, Keba Konte, the owner and founder of Red Bay Coffee, located in Oakland, California, said ecommerce sales have spiked a whopping 350% (not a typo).

He started experimenting with roasting his own coffee, and when he got it right, he launched the Red Bay Coffee at his cafes in 2014. Red Bay now sells to dozens of cafes and grocery stores.

Red Bay Coffee is at the forefront of what he calls the 4th wave of coffee – sustainable and diverse and the scene here at the coffee shop – like Keba – chill.
