Michigan-based Victory Automotive Group has acquired four Bosak Auto dealerships in Northwest Indiana, the companies said in a joint announcement of the transaction.

Ciocca Automotive has acquired Apple Automotive Group, adding 10 franchised dealerships, two used car dealerships and six collision centers. Apple Automotive was owned by The Stewart Companies.
