Foster + Partners ' winning proposal features a new bridge inspired by the Queen's wedding tiara, a Prince Philip Gate, and new gardens. The design will continue to be developed until April 2026.

Foster + Partners architecture firm beat out four competitors to design the memorial, which will also feature statues of the queen and her husband Prince Philip.

The final design, which will also feature a "family of gardens and meandering paths," will be confirmed and revealed at what would have been Elizabeth’s birthday in April 2026.

Janvrin served as Queen Elizabeth's private secretary for nearly a decade. The final design and plan will be announced next April, on what would be the Queen's 100th birthday.
