ABRA, Tal Spiegel's first patisserie, opens its doors this Wednesday, June 24, 2025, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.
The flambéed dessert is all drama, a relic of the 1960s, when tableside service was de rigeur. It rose in popularity along with fine dining in the French style.
The world renowned Le Cordon Bleu Paris held a patisserie demonstration at the canpus of IHM-Goa in Alto Porvorim recently.
