The owner of one of Ireland's most visited tourist attractions, Blarney Castle in Co Cork, has stalled plans for a 120-bed nursing home and 29 detached houses.
The Blarney Castle Estate Partnership, comprising Charles Colthurst and Flintcroft Ltd, had previously been given permission by the court to challenge permission for a hotel.
