The Indianapolis police officer was charged with child seduction and numerous other offenses, officials announced. He entered a plea on July 11.

Yostin Andres Mosquera, 35, is on trial for the murders of Albert Alfonso, 62, and Paul Longworth, 71, on July 8 last year.

A new proposal states that kids ages 15-17 can't be out after 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and can't be out after 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
