Reid would not commit to playing Pacheco in Week 12 against the Panthers. He said "we'll see" when asked if either Pacheco or defensive end Charles Omenihu would return to the team for that contest.

However, it seems neither player is ready to return yet, as coach Andy Reid confirmed that they will both be inactive against the Panthers. Pacheco has been out since Week 2 with a fractured fibula.

Thankfully, the Chiefs have the Panthers on the schedule this week and should cruise to a win without Pacheco. Barring a setback, he should be back on the field in Week 13 against the Raiders.
