After being designated for assignment by the Atlanta Braves on Friday, Orlando Arcia signed with the Colorado Rockies on Memorial Day. Daniel Alvarez of ElExtrabase was the first to report the news.

Arcia struggled in 2021, his first partial season with the Braves, but Atlanta nonetheless signed him to a guaranteed two-year, $3M contract to buy out his final arbitration seasons.
