A bill that would prevent the state’s wildlife managers from imposing bans on hunting big game over bait has cleared the House of Representatives.

The North Dakota Senate voted 31-15 Wednesday to pass a bill preventing the North Dakota Game and Fish Department from restricting the use of supplemental feed on private property.
