Ahmedabad has sixth highest mutual fund AUM among all Indian cities. In fact, out of Gujarat’s Rs 2.57 lakh crore of AUM in September this year, a lion’s share of 49.4% is from Ahmedabad.

Buoyed by fresh inflows into equity mutual funds, Ahmedabad has pipped Chennai in mutual fund (MF) investments and it now ranks sixth among Indian cities with highest mutual fund asset base.
