TERRE HAUTE — Indiana State Police on Monday said they will investigate the Saturday death of man in custody of the Indiana Department of Conservation’s law enforcement division.

The Wayne Newton Post 346 baseball team clinched the ninth annual John E. Hayes Best of the Midwest Invitational Saturday afternoon at Terre Haute North High School’s diamond.
