A local tattoo artist will appear on the competition show “Ink Master” tonight at 10 p.m. on the television network Spike. Matti Hixson will return tonight after being a finalist in 2014.

After weeks of tattooing and fighting for a spot in the Season 4 finale, the judges finally narrowed the competition down to the top 3 finalists -- Sausage, Scott Marshall and Matti Hixson.
