The City of Ozark and its partners broke ground on a significant step in the Chadwick Flyer Trail Thursday morning.

Brandon C. Broughton made a call, asked a unique question, and National Audio Company president, Steve Stepp, invited him to look at what’s under the building.

The Missouri Department of Conservation will host a hike of Civil War locations in southeast Missouri on July 23.
