The liberal-controlled Wisconsin Supreme Court has refused to hear challenges brought by Democrats seeking to throw out the battleground state’s current congressional district boundaries before the 2026 midterms.

The U.S. Supreme Court declined to make a decision on Louisiana's redrawn congressional districts on Friday, pushing it to be reargued at a later date.

The case centers around a newly drawn map creating a second majority-Black congressional district among Louisiana’s six seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.
