ALLEGAN, Mich. — Allegan's $8.3 million downtown transformation is on track to be completed by fall of 2024, with several projects finishing sooner, according to Allegan City Manager Joel Dye.

Allegan is now $2 million closer to achieving the city's goal of rebuilding the downtown area. The cash infusion is coming in the state's budget for next year.
