A 57-year-old Livingston woman faces a felony assault charge over allegations she choked her sister, pushed her backward on a couch and brandished a shoe in a threatening manner.

Various candidates for Livingston City Commission and municipal judge will be available to meet with the public on Thursday at American Legion Livingston Park Post 23.
