The victims traveling on a medical jet before it crashed in Northeast Philadelphia​ were identified by Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, the Mexico-based company​ operating the small plane.

The FAA said the plane was heading to Springfield-Branson National Airport. Six people were on the plane when it crashed onto a busy street.
