Abstract: Lean enhances efficiency and supports continuous improvement. However, the dynamic interaction between its social (soft) and technical (hard) subsystems remains insufficiently explored.

The end of the school year included 15 Olmsted Falls High School students graduating from Lean Six Sigma training.
